Yarning Circle Construction
At Gili Services, we were honored to lead the Yarning Circle construction project at Rozelle Public School. This initiative involved the careful design and construction of a culturally respectful outdoor learning space that celebrates Indigenous heritage and promotes cultural education. Our primary focus was to create an authentic environment that fosters student wellbeing, community connection, and meaningful cultural exchange. The project required specialized knowledge of traditional design principles and the integration of sustainable construction practices. Working closely with Indigenous community members and school leadership, we delivered a thoughtfully crafted space that serves as a dedicated venue for storytelling, cultural ceremonies, and educational activities, ensuring lasting positive impact for generations of students.
